Send messages on any of our connected platforms.
Messages are how you communicate with your customers and the platform of your choice. The Superchat API abstracts message types and makes them available on all connected platforms. That means, you can send WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook messages, Emails and the like through one unified endpoint.
At the moment we support text and media messages on all channels, as well as all kinds of templates on WhatsApp.
In the future, we plan to add more sophisticated message types to our API, such as Card Messages, Quick-Reply and Quick-Action messages. We would love to hear which message type you would like to see first, and why.
