Conversation exports are PDFs that show all your exchanged messages. You might need to create conversation exports for your internal documentation of sales, return or other processes that you need to audit. Exchanged media messages will be referenced in your PDF exports and can be found in the resulting zip archive of the export.
The conversation export API endpoints will allow you to create conversation exports and download the generated PDFs programmatically.
