Create, update or delete contacts in Superchat.
Contacts are a central object in Superchat. The contact object has associated contact handles, the actual identifier of the messaging platform or channel. One simple example for a contact handle is the email address of a contact. A contact always has to have at least one (primary) contact handle - no matter the type. On the other end, there is no limit as to how many handles a contact can have.
Also, for Superchat users and API clients it is only possible to set phone numbers and email addresses as contact handles. Instagram IDs, Facebook IDs and the like are assigned by the respective platform and cannot be created from a business side.
Contacts also hold attributes. In Superchat there are standard ones such as first name and last name as well as custom attributes that each workspace can create and configure on its own.
